PPZ Alexus

Alexus - arrived from The Woodlands Track closing. As you can tell, she was very intrigued by the flying bee!

Her dad, Eagle has his Forever Home in St. Louis.

Her foster family says she has already mastered stairs and has become a "collector". She loves to collect assorted toys, towels, pillows, a Greyhound Hall of Fame brochure and a KS road map. She must be planning a road trip!

The foster family says, "the only child she has been around was when we took her to the vet to have her pre-surgery blood work done and there was a little girl there about 7 or 8 years old. She came up and asked if she could pet our dog. She petted Alexus for several minutes and she just stood there and soaked up the attention."

I just don't think she has a mean bone in her body. The best word I can use for her is gentle. She seems to prefer to be people instead of moving with the "greyhound herd". She does play well with all of them when they are out in the yard, but she definitely isn't the leader of the pack!

She is cat-safe.
